Sanguine is an exploration and representation of the individual Other’s relationship with society through the metaphor of the vampire. Marrying fashion, horror, and literary tropes, this publication is told from a vampire’s perspective. It showcases the experiences and transformation undergone by a vampire throughout her life journey - darkness and all. Taking the form of a curated diary, Sanguine chronicles the key experiences and musings of a four-hundred-year-old vampire as she explores the workings of the world around her, as well as the relationships she has built, broken, desired, and abstained from along the way.
